The final product only contains a small amount of the original sugar, as most of it is consumed by the bacteria and yeast. As another lovely side benefit, they also make the drink nice and fizzy. Additionally, all of the water used in our drinks is double filtered using both active ceramic and granular activated carbon to remove impurities and for a great taste.
