As the name suggests, our Fine Milled Oatcakes are made with more finely milled oats to make them thinner and less coarse in texture than their Rough counterparts. Still packed full of fibre, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals like the rest of our oatcakes, their lighter texture and almost 'creamy' oaty taste make them perfect for more delicately flavoured toppings.
