LONG DESCRIPTION
Waking up tired and staying that way. Stamina that has quietly dropped a gear. If that is the stretch you are in, you are in good company. Shilajit is what Ayurveda has reached for through stretches like that, and it is among the most prized things the tradition has. It belongs with the substances taken for strength and stamina rather than for a passing week. Sometimes spelled shilajeet and listed botanically as Asphaltum punjabianum, it's a mineral rather than a plant. It seeps out of rock faces high in the Himalaya over a very long period and is collected by hand from the mountainside. The tradition describes it as warming and penetrating.
A powder rather than a resin
If you've looked at shilajit before, you've probably seen it sold as a sticky black resin in a jar, to be measured off a spoon and stirred into a drink. Ours is purified into a clean powder instead, which is what lets every capsule hold the same amount and what lets you take it anywhere.
What is in each capsule
500mg of purified shilajit extract with 50mg of organic ashwagandha root, 550mg per capsule. It is a 10:1 extract standardised to 65% fulvic acid, fulvic acid being the part of shilajit most often measured. The two appear side by side in the old Indian formularies, which is why they're together here rather than sold apart.
